What is the difference between the three modules?
Accounting is about bookkeeping and financial insight. Notary supports the preparation of notarial files. Pay is about preparing, checking and following payments. Together they form the product direction of one Cefio platform.
Who is Cefio being built for?
For entrepreneurs, finance teams and accountants who want to bring their financial work together. Cefio Notary is meant specifically for notary offices, with a standard Dutch BV incorporation as the first supported workflow.
Does AI take over all decisions?
No. AI supports the processing and the preparation. Staff review the proposals. The notary keeps substantive responsibility for the file, and payments go through the approvals you have set.
Is payroll part of Cefio Pay?
Yes, payroll and salary runs belong to the further product direction of Cefio Pay. The first scope covers payments, direct debits, payment requests and approvals. Payroll is a planned extension.
Are all features available already?
Cefio is in development. This site shows the intended modules and example screens. The availability of features, connections and pilots is confirmed per module.
